  • Last 2 Year’s ITR set along with Form 16 Copy. / Salary Certificate & Computation of Income.
  • Pan Card Copy & Aadhar Card Copy (Both Side Front & Back).
  • Existing All Loan’s Sanction Letter / Welcome Letter / Statement of Account.
  • Appointment Letter from existing company (if joining is within last 12 months).
  • Last 6 Month’s salary credit A/c statement.
  • Last 6 Month’s other than salary A/c Statement (if any).
  • Investment Details of Applicant like LIC, PPF, MF, Shares etc…
  • 1 – 1 Photograph.
  • All Above Papers duly Self Attested by Applicant.
  • Small Business Profile of the company in which applicant is doing job.
  • If Employer is Prop Ship Firm / P Ship Firm than Financial Papers of the firm is also required / to be produced to credit manager of the respective bank.
